I was really surprised that these Naturalizers were not more comfortable, perhaps it is because I do not have a narrow foot. I have purchased at least three pair of Naturalizer shoes in the same (M) size and they fit great and were very comfortable. These shoes did not have the same comfortable fit. Sometimes it is better to try on a shoe even if you are purchasing the exact same size. I did not have any problems with the quality or style of the shoe and am still a fan of Naturalizer.

Says it is narrow, but my heel slides out and it shouldn't.The strap on top of shoe will not adjust the width, it is just for decoration. :-(

bought this pair when the price dropped. The shoes feel a little tight at beginning but in about two days of wearing the fabric loosen up and it fits great. It's very comfortable. The material is good but tears easily. I accidentally poked a little hole on the face of the left shoe, and the hole teared up to 3/4 of the top face in couple of days. These are great shoes, just have to ware them a little more carefully.
