I own several different pairs of Bass oxford shoes, and I have to say these are the most comfortable of the lot. None of them are un-comfortable, but the Ely-3's seem to have a smidge more padding (which, for this high-arched lady, is always welcome).I purchased the silver, and they are indeed as shiny as they look in the pictures. True to size, and seem to be consistently sized the same as their other styles as well.Love them!

These shoes are as shockingly gold as you would expect (I call them my C3PO shoes) not for those who don't want to draw attention to themselves. Very in fashion and super comfortable. A well-priced metallic oxford.
