This item arrived super fast. I ordered on Wednesday and it was shipped and received on Friday. The shoe is quite attractive and looks well made but there was minimal-to-no arch support. I ordered Wide as I need a wide toe box and while it was close to okay and I could have made it work, it still narrowed at the toes too much, causing pain. It was loose enough over the instep that I had to tighten laces to the max. Perhaps because of the very low heel and the nearly non-existent arch, it also caused lower back and calf discomfort. I tried inserting a thin orthodic insert of my own, but it still didn't work. Since I have difficult, but not impossible, feet to fit, I should not order online. However, the return process was so simple and FREE. The instructions were included and all I had to do was pack them up, go online, print the label, and leave the box off at UPS. If you have the type of feet where most off-the-shelf shoes fit well, and arches are not an issue, you might enjoy these shoes for their style.

La entrega se realizo en el rango definido. El producto llego en buen estado aunque la caja donde lo enviaron estaba deteriorada. La Calidad de las zapatos es Excelente (cuero). Son muy comodas por dentro. Es como se ven en las imágenes.

Amazon will NOT allow us to publish out worse-than-poor review about the seller and the scam involved here.So....The Product is a waste of money. They charged $78 and the heel came off after less than 6 uses. They (Shoe Parlor....who no longer sell but Shoe "Mall" does...you figure it out) claimed it was not a knock-off. Promised to exchange it and then a week later (when they took possession of the shoes) claims that they were suddenly out of stock (mind you they were NOT out of stock when they promised to exchange it).So you go figure. We are done.
