Great quality, super soft and supportive inside, I absolutely love the shoe...now here's the deal-breaker (and I'm super bummed about this because even for 98.00, I feel the shoe would be well worth it if the sizing was accurate):I wear a size 8.5 in most shoe brands...sometimes I have to order 9's and sometimes I fit into an 8, but that's pretty consistent. I ordered a 10 in this shoe: first, because the inside is supposed to be thickly insulated (and it is) so I wanted to give myself extra room, and also because I just like my winter-weather shoes a little bigger to accommodate the extra thick wool socks I usually like to wear. A size 10 should have fit me, with room to spare. I could just barely squeeze my foot into the shoes!!! And STILL, I loved the shoe so much I was willing to return and try again; I figured I'd go back and order like a size 12...as ridiculously huge as that sounds, the size 10 in this shoe was SNUG on my size 8.5 foot!!!Well, size 12 isn't even offered. It doesn't go above a size 11. Now I'm agonizing over whether or not to TRY ordering the 11 on the small, small chance that they would fit me, because I want the shoe so badly!! This is utterly disappointing.If you have very small feet, I'd still recommend them...that's hwy the three stars instead of none. But truly: order two size bigger than what you regularly would wear, based on the Amazon Women's Shoe-Sizing Guide (on which I am a, go figure, size 8.5).
