Terribly uncomfortable and bad service

There is a weird break / difference between levels in the insole for this oxford shoe. So, while it looks good, it is horribly uncomfortable. One way to describe it would be that there is half an insole from the heel to the instep and then it stops abruptly and weirdly. It might just be a cheaply made shoe.I also returned it to the seller, they received the package, and I haven't been issued a refund. I've had to file a claim with amazon -- I certainly won't buy from this seller ever again.

This is a nice shoe, it looks just the same as in the picture. There is only one small issue the shoe runs bigi wear a 10 and it was a lil big but other than that it looks great

too narrow

loved the look and quality but was to narrow for me.I had to send it back but I was too aftaid to try the wide width.
