I first noticed Icon shoes when I was looking for some cool T strap sandals this summer. All of the ones in my size were gone by July. So I started looking at their fall shoes early.I found these on sale in August and hopped on them. I got the Cat Mom and her Cub in brown.They are darling. I get positive comments every time I wear the, EVEN from people who are not cat lovers. (The ones I purchased are called two cougars).FIT: True to size. I wear a 7 and sometimes a 7.5 in an enclosed shoe. I got these in a 7 and they are perfect. There is room to wiggle my toes and the heels do not rub.COLORS: AMAZING: From what I have read about these shoes, the Icon people find an art print they like and adapt it to the leather for their shoes. The colors are bright and the images are easily distinquishable. It is, for instance, easy to see the kitty faces on these.COST: If not on sale, a bit pricey. I REALLY wanted the AJO (an Arizona town) pair of these shoes. But they were 188.00 and that was just more than they were worth to me. These, on the other hand, on sale were only 88.00 and for a good pair of women's shoes, I think that is MORE than reasonable.PADDING INSIDE SHOES: I have never seen such thick padding for comfort on any shoe I have ever bought before. It feels over an inch think. Put on the shoe and it feels so comfortable it is unreal. I pressed on the inside and looked it over and it is NICE! It feels like foam cushioning but I do not know for certain. The insides of the shoe, on all surfaces, is soft, soft, pale beige leather. These are heaven to walk in and to me that is VERY IMPORTANT as I have had bilateral knee replacements.LACE COLOR: is a medium brown. I am considering getting some dark brown ones. I think they would just "pop" more.SOLE: Approx 3/4 inch thick. There are small protrusions on the sole to give you more padding and traction. I was afraid they would make the shoe uncomfortable to walk in, but I do not even notice them. Heel and all considered, this shoe feels flat when it is on.MY OVERALL IMPRESSION: I popped these on with thin cotton socks (just because I do not like thick socks: THIS IS ARIZONA) and went about my usual activities for 6-7 hours on the first day I wore them: went to an informal party which required some standing, but allowed for sitting. Then went out to dinner. Then ran errands at a couple of stores. My feet did not hurt at all and I got tons of compliments.So, I think these are great and everyone should have a pair. So, definitely go ahead and buy and I hope you have as much fun with them as I have had!!!!UPDATE ABOUT A MONTH LATER: I did go back and buy the Ajo shoe. And I bought it in a 71/2 instead of a 7. It was fine in length in the larger size because I wear these with socks. An 8 would be too big. By the time I ordered the Ajo, I realized that I did have to break in the cubs shoes a bit because of all the extra padding and all. This makes them easy and safe for me to walk in AND MADE IT WORTH THE HIGHER PRICE OF $188 to get a second pair. My biggest problem with walking because of my knees is lack of stability. These give it to me and made the second pair definitely worth the higher price...though, of course, I would like to find another bargain. But these are worth paying full price for.

Very nice looking shoes, well made, comfortable. They are made with good leather. What I like most is they have a different design with the mother Cheetah and her cub. The colors of the browns and cognac are so rich looking. Icon makes great shoes, very happy with purchase.

This design is easy to wear and not too eye catching. The shoe is well made and comfortable. Sizing is correct.
