I had been eyeing these shoes for a while and one day I decided to finally buy them. While they are very cute and they compliment my outfits very well, the quality of the shoe is not what I expected from a Steve Madden brand. I love Steve Madden shoes, but this particular shoe isn't of the best quality. I found myself slipping a lot, even on carpet o_O. Also the shoe is VERY light which means its probably not gonna last very long. After a couple wears there is already a crease in the shoes from walking. Now I expect this to happen after a while, but not after 2 wears. If you are looking for a stylish shoe at a low price, then go for it. But if you are big on quality, I would recommend to purchase the more expensive pair which are also Steve Madden and I believe the style is called Jazie.

I had high hopes for these shoes -- they look great online & are much more affordable than other brands with a similar style. In addition, I have a pair of Madden Girl boots that I purchased three years ago that are very durable & great quality. The upper fabric is rigid, but flimsy, almost like coated cardboard. They were very uncomfortable to wear & I expect they would not keep up for more than 3-4 wears in normal weather conditions & light walking. The sole of the shoe is also very poor quality & provides no traction (think sliding on tile/linoleum floor). I have never returned any item purchased through Amazon, but this will be my first return.
