I had her shoe size checked at Kohl with there metal shoe gaget, it always gives the correct size, My girlfriend is a size 5, so I ordered the shoe size 5.5 to be safe, the shoe tag is a 5.5 M. ( 5 1/2 Medium) the shoes do not fit in lenght nor do the fit in width, when worn they are very uncomfortable as if no sole was inside them ...all I am saying is becareful when ordering them

These are uncomfortable and mistreats, also it looks better in photos.Have a poor finish at the sole, it can see remains of glue.
