Very cute but fits very small!

This shoe would feel as good as it looks , if it ran true to size! I purchased it on ideeli.com where they listed it as "Runs 1 size Large" "Order down one size". I didn't listen anyway, as I wear a 9 1/2 and so i just ordered the 40 which is suppose to be a size 9. Well, the 40 size, or size 9, turned out fitting like a size 8! Yes you heard me, a whole size down. How misleading. It truly does run a WHOLE SIZE SMALLER. So, I shouldve ordered the 41! Warning!
