flimsy and floppy

I ordered these shoes because they look nice on line and I generally like the feel and quality of Propet shoes. These shoes are really very flimsy (thin, not supportive.) Also, at least for me, they are too narrow near the toes but too wide at the heals so they flop and rub the back of my heal with every step, giving me blisters.
