I hate big, clunky tennis shoes and that's almost all you see today. When I saw these, I was quite excited to find a shoe that didn't look like a boat. Very comfortable and well made. I highly recommend them!

I have a really wide foot, and it is hard to find cute women's sneakers in my size. I was really excited to find these...they are just as cute in person, but have some slightly weird design features. The tongue is thin and narrow, which is not a problem in and of itself. But the lacing does not proceed evenly up the shoe. In the middle of lacing there is a gap for the elastic insert. This is probably useful in some way for added comfort, but combined with narrow tongue and a wide foot, it creates a strange gaping. It is probably not noticeable to others, but makes the middle of the foot look puffy.Other notes: they are not very wide (even the wide), but seem a little longer than most. The back of the shoe is lower than most. Not like a mule or slip-on, but lower than a standard shoe. The insole is high, so it is not apparent from the photographs. Also, they feel like they create supination when first worn. I did not notice it later in the day, but I wasn't really looking for it. They are still new enough to give me blisters on the back, so it might be a wear-in issue. They also have an odd smell that seems to come from the sole. I like them enough to keep them, but they are not super comfy on the first go.

Love them! I have a bone spur on one of my heels, which is painful. I've tried multiple shoes, and none of then feel as great as Hushpuppies Body Shoes do! I have tried multiple tennis shoes and dressier shoes of this style and recomment them for anyone with feet issues as they give good support for those problems.
