Relax and revel in the comfort of the Drew Lotus shoe. Beneficial for a wide range of foot ailments, this women's walking shoe offers the easy access of dual hook-and-loop straps. The soft, full grain leather upper has perforations at the toe, a foam-padded tongue and collar, and is lined in stretchy spandex for a non-binding fit against the foot. A dual-density insert-covered in Dri-Lex® to manage moisture-and the two removable insoles of the Plus Fitting System® provide a comfortable foundation, or, if desired, can be removed and replaced with a prescription orthotic. Finished with a polyurethane sole for traction and maximum ground contact, the Medicare-approved Drew Lotus casual shoe has an extended medial heel stabilizer and a tempered steel shank for support, adding security to every step. Other Drew shoes built on the same last will offer a similar fit.

I not only have long feet (I wear size 11 1/2) but I have a break in one toe of my right foot that I was told would never heal properly and it hasn't. I have found a podiatrist who can fix this surgically, but at the moment I am limited to athletic wear.This shoe, with its velcro fastener, goes on easily and never loses its fit. I got this in Wide (size D) and I now think I am more of a size C (I was ordering this shoe over the Internet). I would certainly buy this shoe again, but I would suggest buyers check out size C first. I might add that I always wear athletic socks, and this shoe accommodates them very well indeed!Just for the record, Drew Shoe, sold by Shoe Buy through Amazon, has literally hundreds of shoes to fit any length and width!

I bought these shoes because of a self diagnosed problem of plantar fasciitis causing pain in the ball and top of the foot. I ordered my regular size and thought when I first put them on they were too small but took one of the inserts out (they come with 2 removable inserts) and they fit great. They are supportive and comfortable and I would buy them again. My first pair of velco closing shoes and I like the ability to loosen them easily as well as quickly get them on and off. There is plenty of toe room and they look great for this style of shoe.

You know how the saying goes happy wife, happy life! My wife has arthritis in her feet and finds these Drew Lotus Slip On Loafers very comfortable and even nice looking! We also paid a great price! Thanks Amazon!
