The first pair of shoes I ordered were defective, so I returned them. The second pair I got had the incorrect size in the box. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I liked the style of the shoe, but I was unable to keep either pair. That's not to say the shoes weren't what I would have wanted,or I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. The quality control area should be beefed up.

Heel is stiff and bulky, does not allow you to walk regularly. I sort of felt like I was walking in ski boots. They were returned. But I did like the look of them.
